Message from the Director
Thank you for your interest in the award winning Evergreen School District located in the southeast foothills of San Jose. The district has an ethnically balanced student population of approximately 13,000 students. Our students bring a strong and healthy diversity from many cultural backgrounds, which we consider to be one of our district’s greatest strengths.
This district consists of eighteen schools; fifteen elementary and three middle schools. All eighteen schools have been honored as a California Distinguished School and eleven have earned the prestigious United States National Blue Ribbon award for excellence.
Exemplary teaching and learning environments coupled with award winning programs and well maintained campuses make Evergreen School District an excellent place to work.
